Since our founding in 2006, we have brought evidence-based solutions to the dynamic development problems faced by our partners in Latin America and the Caribbean.
2024-2025 Client Projects
Project 1: MásPorTIC

MPiP worked with the MásPorTIC Foundation, an organization empowering rural communities in Colombia to scale their businesses and improve access to information and markets through technology and innovation. We developed a comprehensive organizational theory of change that integrates program-specific frameworks, providing clarity on how each activity achieves long-term goals. Additionally, we designed measurement tools to track and evaluate:
- Indicators across the six stages of MásPorTIC’s transformation process.
- Pre- and post-intervention assessments to measure each initiative’s impact.
These deliverables equip MásPorTIC with the tools to effectively monitor, evaluate, and communicate their success.

Project 2: MAIA

MPiP also partnered with MAIA, an organization based in Guatemala that empowers Indigenous girls through education. We conducted a comprehensive diagnostic of MAIA’s monitoring and evaluation systems to streamline processes and strengthen progress tracking across four organizational strategic areas. In February, the team traveled to Guatemala to visit the MAIA School, engage directly with students, mentors, and staff, and gain deeper insight into MAIA’s goals and operational context. Following this visit, the team finalized three deliverables:
- Built a centralized data dashboard to visualize and track priority indicators.
- Developed recommendations to enhance MAIA’s data collection tools, with a focus on staff professional development and external engagement.
- Prepared to record a podcast episode with MAIA team members in fall 2025 to highlight the partnership and lessons learned.
These efforts aim to support MAIA in making data-driven decisions, refining its long-term strategy, and amplifying its impact.
