Our Services

We partner with two organizations during each academic year (with the possibility of renewing our contract) and assign teams of consultants to fulfill our agreed-upon scope of work based on the organization’s needs and goals. Consultants travel to hold in-person client visits once during our partnership to present progress toward deliverables, gather client feedback, observe operations on the ground, and reinforce the client relationship.

We offer the following services:

  • Theory of Change: We assist nonprofits in developing a new theory of change or revising an existing framework, tailoring it to represent the organization’s existing interventions and development goals.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: We advise on continuous data collection and analysis to monitor programmatic implementation as well as systematic evaluations of program design, execution, and outcomes to enhance overall organization effectiveness.
  • Key Progress Indicators: We develop and recommend strategic, measurable indicators informed by organizational goals to identify program successes and areas for improvement.
  • Annual Reports: We offer strategic guidance on enhancing impact reporting to effectively support diverse objectives, such as grant applications, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach.
  • Survey Development & Data Collection: We support organizations in designing tailored data collection tools that align with program goals, streamlining the collection of meaningful, high-quality data to understand impact.
  • Data Analysis & Evaluation: We assist NGOs in conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative data analysis to evaluate program performance, inform program updates, and assess overall impact.
